Join Kristen Denney and Tracy Goodnight for our Building Balance workshop. This workshop offers a space to reflect, explore, and take small steps toward a more balanced and grounded sense of self. It’s designed to help you move from feeling anxious and overwhelmed toward cultivating more clarity, authenticity, and self-acceptance.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Engage in reflective exercises to explore what balance and authenticity could look like for you.

  • Learn strategies to better manage stress and approach challenges with curiosity and kindness.

  • Build awareness around your values and priorities, creating space for gradual, meaningful change.

This workshop is also a chance to connect with others who understand the unique challenges of ADHD. Together, we’ll share experiences, encourage one another, and grow in a supportive and welcoming environment.
