Mentor coaching is specifically focused on developing your coaching style, and your coaching skills in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and PCC Markers. We listen to your coaching, identify what's working and where there are opportunities to grow.

Option #1: A grounded path with space to grow, both together and individually

$800

This option fully meets your mentor coaching requirement, combining individual and group coaching. You’ll receive: 3 one-on-one sessions (50 minutes each), which meet the required one-on-one coaching component of the ICF mentor coaching requirement and 7 group sessions to practice coaching, share recordings, ask questions, and receive insights from both me and your peers.

During these sessions, we will review your recordings together, providing personalized feedback and development to support your progress toward ICF certification.

Group sessions offer a supportive, interactive space to reflect on coaching skills, clarify what ICF assessors are really listening for, and build confidence and community. You can choose to complete the remaining sessions with group coaching or additional one-on-one sessions, depending on your preference.

Groups begin with a minimum of four participants and a maximum of six participants. If you don’t have a group yet, I’m happy to help connect you with others who show up in need of a group.

Option #2: Grow in connection, practice and reflect alongside peer coaches

$350

This option allows you to fulfill your mentor coaching requirement through up to seven group mentor coaching sessions. During these sessions, you will have opportunities to practice coaching, share recordings, ask questions, receive individualized feedback, and learn alongside your peers.

Groups consist of 4–10 participants. You are welcome to form your own group, or feel free to ask if I know of others who may be interested in joining. Some participants choose to participate in more than one group for additional practice and learning.

Group sessions offer a supportive, interactive space to reflect on coaching skills, clarify what ICF assessors are really listening for, and build confidence and community.

To complete the full mentor coaching requirement, you’ll need 3 one-on-one sessions, which provide the required individual coaching and feedback, including reviewing your own recordings. You have the option to work with me or choose another coach from your training or network to cover the requirement. These sessions can be added separately to support your journey toward ICF certification.

Mentoring for coaches

Mentoring is about learning from someone who has experience in the area you want to grow. I share what I've learned through my own coaching experience, offer perspective, answer questions, and help you think through the real-world challenges of building your coaching practice.

Mentoring and mentor coaching serve different purposes. Mentoring does not count toward ICF mentor coaching requirements. If you need mentor coaching for an ICF credential, be sure to choose the mentor coaching option. Mentoring is designed instead as a lower-cost way to learn from experience, talk through real-world coaching questions, and develop your own approach.

Option #1: One-on-one $400 for three  50-minute sessions

Bring the questions, challenges, and “What would you do?” moments that come up in your coaching. I’ll share my experience, offer perspective, and be generous with the things I’ve learned along the way, including tools and worksheets I’ve created that may be useful to you.

Take what resonates and make it your own. Borrow an idea, use something as a starting point, adapt it to fit your style, or leave it behind. â€‹

Option #2: Group Mentoring $200 each for five 90 minute sessions

The group format gives you the chance to learn from each other, too. You’ll hear questions and challenges from other coaches that you may not have thought to ask, and their experiences can spark new ideas for your own coaching.

Groups are limited to 4–10 coaches, with airtime shared as evenly as possible so everyone has an opportunity to bring questions and participate.

“Mentoring is a two-way street. The mentor gets wiser while mentoring, and the mentee gains knowledge through his/her mentor.” –Marisol Gonzalez
