Score Business Mentoring is free. My own business mentor was knowledgable and encouraging. Score has mentors from Accounting to Website design. You have nothing to lose by scheduling an appointment.
IFS Coaching
I was in therapy for years and made some progress, but when I found Internal Family Systems Coaching with Jamie Blume and Along Their Way Coaching, I made leaps in healing I couldn't have imagined possible.

One example is a life-long belief that I had around my relationship with my dad. I now have relief from that belief and am no longer held back by the emotions I carried. This shift happened in one transformational coaching session.

When you're stuck, and the same emotions are triggered regularly, or have you avoiding situations, IFS coaching narrows in on that part of you that needs attention. ​​​
AI Coach Roger
This is an AI version of a human life coach who specializes in ADHD. This is a great way to receive coaching on the spot when you need it. It' is also significantly less expensive if finances are tight. Although I prefer a human, AI Coach Roger has been helpful and is surprisingly humanlike. There is even a 7-day free trial.
