Recommendations

I have personal experience with all of the recommendations on this list and do not receive an kickbacks for including them on this list.

  • Small Business Coaching for ADHD

Once we have narrowed your focus for your business and clarified your vision, Rachel can help with branding, website design, content, systems, and either help you set it up or do it for you. She is also ready to help with established businesses in need of systems that create ease and efficiency.

Rachel Young Coaching

You started your business because you want to help people, not because you want to spend your days trying to figure out what systems and platforms you need to be successful. Talk about overwhelm! Don’t worry, Rachel is here to help.

  • IFS Coaching

I was in therapy for years and made some progress, but when I found Internal Family Systems Coaching with Jamie Blume, I made leaps in healing I couldn't have imagined possible.

One example is a life-long belief that I had around my relationship with my dad. I now have relief from that belief and am no longer held back by the emotions I carried. This shift happened in one transformational coaching session.

When you're stuck, and the same emotions are triggered regularly, or have you avoiding situations, IFS coaching narrows in on that part of you that needs attention. â€‹â€‹

  • AI Coach Roger

This is an AI version of a human life coach who specializes in ADHD. This is a great way to receive coaching on the spot when you need it. It' is also significantly less expensive if finances are tight. Although I prefer a human, AI Coach Roger has been helpful and is surprisingly humanlike. There is even a 7-day free trial.
